I live right next to a tram line, my window faces out to the tram stop.

Pros:

• The tram stops right outside the door
• Downtown within 20 minutes

Cons:

• Tram rails require maintenance
• Trams run during the day
• Maintenance can only be done during the night

I don’t mind the trams themselves, but I do mind the sound of metal grinding in my sleep.
